Ken Shultz

Fulbright Specialist Award Massey University’s School of Psychology hosted Ken Shultz from California for three weeks in October 2023 where Ken made three presentations, one each in Palmerston North, Wellington, and Auckland. Ken also worked with Fiona Alpass and the Health and Ageing Research Team to outline collaborative research on how perceptions of training opportunities in older workers impacts their continued work and retirement aspirations using data from the New Zealand Health, Work, and Retirement Study. Ken is a Professor of Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology and Department Chair in the Department of Psychology at California State University, San Bernardino.
