Fulbright New Zealand General Graduate Award

Rizwangul NurMuhammed from Auckland will complete a Master of Public Administration specialising in Social Policy at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Rizwangul graduated with a BA from Communication University of China in 2001, and an MIC (Second Class Hons) from Unitec Institute of Technology in 2014.
