As a 2016 Ian Axford (New Zealand) Fellow Jackie Dingfelder, from Portland, Oregon, researched integrated water resources management along with iwi rights and interests in water at the Ministry for the Environment.
Jackie served as Policy Director for the Mayor of Portland, Oregon. She is a PhD candidate at Portland State University in Public Policy at the Hatfield School of Government.
