Jesse Kearse from Haumoana, Hawkes Bay will research a new method of earthquake forecasting at the Center for Autonomous Systems and Technologies at California Institute of Technology towards a PhD at Victoria University of Wellington.
Jesse graduated with a BSc in Geology in 2016, and an MSc in Geology (Hons First Class) in 2018 from Victoria University of Wellington.
