Alex Shegay from Auckland will use his Fulbright-EQC Graduate Award in Natural Disaster Research to research the seismic performance of high-rise structural walls at the University of Washington in Seattle, towards a PhD from The University of Auckland. Alex graduated with a BE (Hons) in 2014 from The University of Auckland.
