Sherry Humphries from Jacksonville, Illinois will use her 2016 Fulbright US Distinguished Award in Teaching to research project based learning and its uses to develop American Sign Language and English skills in deaf students. Sherry is a high school science and history teacher at the Illinois School for the Deaf in Jacksonville, Illinois.
