Oscar Kightley – Fulbright-Creative New Zealand Pacific Writer’s Residency

Oscar Kightley from New Zealand by way of Samoa will undertake a Fulbright-Creative New Zealand Pacific Writers residency in Hawai’i.

While there he will network with the local creative community through writing and lectures, undertake research within the Samoan community in Hawai’i, and work on a new screenplay.
