Murdoch Stephens – Fulbright New Zealand Scholar Award

Murdoch Stephens from Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington will research how countries respond to global humanitarian emergencies at California State University Northridge in Los Angeles, California.

Murdoch is the Senior Policy Advisor at New Zealand Red Cross and a Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Asia Pacific Refugees Studies at the University of Auckland.
