2015 Fulbright US Graduate Award – Mark Specht from Evanston, Illinois completed a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, researching ethical considerations of the pest free Stewart Island plan, at the University of Otago. Mark graduated with a BA from Northwestern University, Illinois in 2014.
