Joellen Russell – Fulbright US Scholar Award

Joellen Russell from Tucson, Arizona will help design the modelling framework to combine atmospheric and oceanic observations in order to provide near-real-time information about carbon dioxide emissions and uptake with scientists at the National Institute of Water and Air (NIWA) in Wellington.

Joellen is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Geosciences at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
