Hariata Tai Rakena (Ngāti Hauā, Ngāti Māhanga) – Fulbright Science and Innovation Graduate

Hariata Tai Rakena from Christchurch will complete a PhD in International Health, with a concentration in Social Behavioral Interventions at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Hariata graduated with a BA from the University of Canterbury in 2010, a PGDipA and GDip from Auckland University of Technology in 2015 and 2016, and an MA from McGill University in 2021.
