2015 Fulbright US Graduate Award – Haley Farrar from Richmond, Virginia researched Restorative Justice, specialising in facilitation and implementation techniques at Victoria University of Wellington. Haley graduated with a BA form the University of Colorada at Boulder in 2006 and with a Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2011.
