The University of Otago is hosting Charles Webel from California to contribute to the curriculum of peace, conflict and terrorism-related programmes and hold public lectures. Charles is Professor of Peace Studies at Chapman University and Professor of International Relations at the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic.
