Fulbright New Zealand invites you to a free public seminar by alumna Anne Noble from Massey University Wellington. Anne received a 2014 Fulbright New Zealand Scholar Award to research, photograph and lecture about the decline of the honey bee as International Artist in Residence at Columbia College Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.
In this seminar, Anne will discuss a series of projects concerned with the decline of the honey bee which she developed at Columbia College. While there she continued her search for new images and metaphors that provide a critical and imaginative frame through which to consider the fragility of the world’s natural biological systems and our part in their rapid transformation.
Places are limited so please RSVP to [email protected] or 472 2065 by Wednesday 25 March. Feel free to bring your own “brown bag” lunch.
